Ever since I stepped into University’s life, I had never been stopped to put on weight.
Sigh… losing weight seems to be a huge struggle for me. I had tried few ways in order to lose my weight, but they seemed to be not really effective to me. Maybe you would say, I had not try my best, but… I think I had tried my best though.
To reduce weight, we have to eat less and move more. Means we eat lesser but in more meals rather than eating so much in less meals. Of course exercise is one of the best way to lose your weight. Try to jog once or twice a week if you can’t afford to do it everyday.
Of course there are many kinds of exercise you can do, choose the best suit you. For me, I prefer to exercise indoor… hmm… perhaps gym is the place I would go.
Before I forgot, I would like to share with you all one of the best things that I came accross recently – Agel FIT. Being overweight may increase the chances for health problems especially nowadays.
