When we talk about Malaysian…

October 19th, 2009

Well, when we talk about Malaysian, what is the first thing that pops up in your mind? Friendly? Intelligent? Smart? Pretty? Hot? Gorgeous? You name it… there are lots more… but one thing you can’t miss is… CORRUPTION!!!

Yes! It’s CORRUPTION! When we are talking about people in Malaysia, we always can’t miss this hot issue. No matter where are you now, there’s corruption. Corruption happens all the time, everywhere at any time. It seems to be such a normal thing to happen nowadays.

Corruption did happen in other countries around the world, but I’m not gonna compare the statistic between them. All I want to share here is simply a few pictures that I got from email or maybe my friends, I forgot. Anyway, check these pictures out and if anything, just share your thought with me here. Have a nice day. :D

Your attention to Sabah and Sarawak is very much appreciated!

June 19th, 2009

Malaysia is famously known as multi-racial and multi-culture country with Malay, Chinese, Indian, along with the indigenous groups of the peninsula and North Borneo made up of its population. Physically, Malaysia can be separated into two parts which are west Malaysia and east Malaysia, but to be frank, sometimes people often mistakenly refer Malaysia as west Malaysia ONLY! They often forgot there’s another part of Malaysia – Sabah and Sarawak. Here I don’t mean to Malaysian but refer to some foreigners. Unbelievable? Just believe it. They just did! I don’t know and I’m not sure why this kind of thing will happen. Hmm… I guess most probably it’s because Sabah and Sarawak are not that famous though…

Talking about Sabah and Sarawak, they joined in the family in year 1963 and formed a country which we, MALAYSIAN, call it MALAYSIA nowadays. Have you ever been to Sabah or Sarawak? Or perhaps I should ask you this way. Have you ever been to Sabah and Sarawak during your life time? Do you ever think of going there or having your vacation there? Or are you not going there and rather spend your holidays abroad. What do you think and how do you think about both of the states? Undeveloped? Under development? Or any others? (whatever… you name it) Seems like there are too many questions here :P , but I still hope that you will not reluctant to give me your answers to these questions. Sincerely, I really do hope that you will feel free to fulfill my request as this is very important for me to do my research and write my thesis. It does help! Your attention to Sabah and Sarawak is very much appreciated! :D

On the other hand, I’m thinking of open up a category that talks about ethnic relations either in Malaysia or out of the country and any others related fields. For your information, I’m currently doing a research on ethnic relations in Malaysia and I’m hoping to get some help from you all. I have to write a thesis about it at the end of the day, so would you mind to give me a hand? You can always give me your comments in the post or you can also write in to me. I can be reached at limtehonline@gmail.com . Would you do me a favor? Please share with me your point of views, opinions, suggestions, ideas, and so on about this category through my email. I’m sure your writings to me will further more help me in completing my research and thesis. Thank you!

Last but not least, I’m nobody to ask you all to help me in my stuff, whatever you think about me, it’s your right, I can’t even control it, but I do sincerely hope that my post here will get some little attention from you all and respond to it. Your attention and response are very much appreciated by me. Once again, thank you very much! :D

A brand new start

May 13th, 2009

May 13, a day Malaysian remembered and will remember; a day that reminds us the darkest history ever in Malaysia since independence. I’m not trying to create any sensitive issue right here; I just want to tell myself and remind myself, today is a brand new start for me in this blog.
brand-new-start
Well, first of all, I wish to thank my brother for everything he had done for me. And I would also like to thank him for giving me an idea indirectly to write this very first post. Now back to my discussion, I think I would like to start with what I doubt recently, probably also same title as the first post here “Which way I should go”. :)

1, Recently, I’m really blurred and lost in my studies. For your all information, I’m currently undergoing my Master studies in UPM. Now I’m facing some problems with my research. I’m wonder what topic should I do for my research in this field, Politics and Government. Sounds like very cool huh? But it doesn’t! Really! :( Anyway, any suggestions for my research? And it’s better to be related with ethnic relations. :)

2, What should I do to release myself from financial depression? Feels like really not enough money recently. My salary needs to wait until this end of month just out and my claim for data entry still got no news from my supervisor…ARHHH! Damn hate it! :( Still got lots of bills need to be paid! That’s what I hate the most! Anyone can help me?

Sigh! Gotta back to my work now as GRF in UPM. Duh! :( Looking forward to financial freedom! Hope it’s a dream come true in the future! Wish myself all the best ya! :)

Which way I should go

May 10th, 2009

Well, this blog never intend to be posted by me. I’m just the one who created this blog on behave of my friend. But anyhow, he wasn’t even sure what he wanted to do with it, so I’ll just go ahead and play with his blog

Since it’s a personal blog, I think I can start with what’s in my mind right now, erm… List point would be a good starting :)

1, Perak another state that holding the big time show. I think there will be more show from Perak, especially Hee, the one who claim few times different story. I don’t know about you, but I notice one thing though, politicians from that particular party, they like to tell different story in different time. As the saying “You cannot cover fire with paper”, sooner or later, the fire burst out, the story ends!

2, Middle of discussing. Currently there are more than 5 sites on my hand. Though they’re not earning enough income for me, mainly because I did not put enough efford there. Reason? I’m tied with my full time, and this full time is taking more than half of my day. I have a part time contracted job with my sites running, though they’re not generating a good income, but it’s still enough for me to live a comfortable life. So I’m in the middle of this dilemma. Continue being tied; Let go and go wild. Hardest decision ever!
Sky Limit
So, I think the best to do to get away from the lists is to sleep my arse off my head and wake up as a brand new day that forget all about the lists :) Ni na bo bo… (an Indonesian baby song playing…)
